【內容簡介】
梵蒂岡宗座檔案館因應教宗方濟各宣布提早開放教宗庇護十二世時期（1939-1958）館藏予學者查閱，近年陸續完成各國檔案的目錄編製，其中值得注意的有1946年設於南京、1952年遷至台北的教廷駐華公使館文獻。本場講座邀請負責駐華公使館文獻編目的資深檔案管理員Gianfranco Armando博士，帶領聽眾跟隨首任公使黎培理的足跡，認識這批內容豐富、卷帙浩繁的史料。黎培理在任內十二年，分批從南京經美國、從香港、從台北運送到梵蒂岡保存至今，形成華人天主教歷史研究的珍貴寶庫。
In response to Pope Francis’ announcement, the Vatican Apostolic Archives has opened its collections from the pontificate of Pope Pius XII (1939-1958) to researchers. In recent years, the cataloging of archives from various countries has been gradually completed. Noteworthy among them are the documents of the Apostolic Internunciature in China, established in Nanjing in 1946 and relocated to Taipei in 1952. This lecture invites Dr. Gianfranco Armando, a senior archivist responsible for cataloging documents of the Internunciature in China, to guide the audience through the footsteps of the first Internuncio, Antonio Riberi, offering glimpses into the rich historical sources. Throughout Riberi’s twelve-year tenure, the documents were transported in batches from Nanjing, via the United States, and from Hong Kong and Taipei to the Vatican, where they have been preserved to this day, forming a precious treasure for the study of Chinese Catholic history.
