2011 Shlomit C. Schuster 哲學諮商工作坊

報名注意事項：

1. 本工作坊一律採線上報名（註冊→報名→劃撥繳費→傳真收據）。

2. 註冊報名時除星號之必填欄位外，請務必詳填包括「所屬機關」、「單位」、「職稱」等各欄位資料，並勾選兩日場次，以便申請台灣諮商心理學會時數認證及工作坊大會手冊製作。

3. 報名捐款金額：本工作坊報名費用將捐入「輔仁大學天主教學術研究院發展基金」之指定帳戶，一般人士新台幣1000元、學生（檢附學生證影本）500元。

4. 報名費收據於現場報到時發給，收據請妥善保存，可供綜所稅申報。

5. 捐款資訊：本捐款無法辦理退費，報名請慎重！

6. 請至郵局填妥郵政劃撥單劃撥繳款（劃撥帳號：15159038，收款戶名：輔仁大學教育發展資金委員會），劃撥單「通訊欄」註明「輔仁大學天主教學術研究院發展基金F340101」。

7. 劃撥繳款後請將劃撥單收據註明姓名、email以及電話（學生身分報名者同時附上學生證影本），傳真至(02) 2905-2170或將影本郵寄至輔仁大學天主教學術研究院收，待收到確認通知後，始完成報名手續。

8. 如需開車進入校園，請將車號填入報名系統中指定欄位。

9. 時數認證：凡全程出席者，將核發（一）本工作坊研習時數證書（二）台灣諮商心理學會時數認證。

緣起

在國外哲學諮商開始於學術圈外，然近年來此一領域得到愈來愈多大學的肯定發展和深入研究。輔仁大學校長暨天主教學術研究院院長、哲學系黎建球教授獨具遠見，在2002年將哲學諮商介紹給國內學界，於今年正式成立臺灣哲學諮商學會，透過整合性課程，跨越學科界限，建立完整價值體系，讓學生及各界人士接受具有整全的、人文的、普遍的系統教育。
天主教學術研究中心及哲學系於2011年10月14-15日特邀請遠在中東耶路撒冷首位以哲學診治開業以及自1990年以來就創立且提供免費哲學熱線的哲學諮商師Shlomit C. Schuster，遠道來臺開設工作坊。Shlomit C. Schuster受業於喬德‧阿亨巴赫（Gerd B. Achenbach）同時也是擔任以色列哲學診治和諮商學會主席及國際著名學者，已出版《哲學診治：諮商和心理治療的另類途徑》、《哲學家的自傳：一個定性的研究》等書，可一窺她在理論上提出哲學作為一種另類的診治途徑，同時可以看出哲學諮商的實務經驗，歡迎對哲學諮商有興趣的各界人士踴躍報名參加。

Shlomit C. Schuster 簡歷

Shlomit C. Schuster was born in Paramaribo, Suriname, where she lived till the age of 15. She continued her school education in the Netherlands where she studied creative therapy. After immigrating to Israel in the 1970's she began studying at the HebrewUniversity in the departments of Biblical Studies, History, Jewish and General Philosophy. She earned her Ph.D. in philosophy in 1997 with a thesis on The Philosopher's Autobiography as a Comment on the Practice of Philosophy. She practices philosophy since 1989. Her practice of philosophy is inspired by that of Dr. G. B. Achenbach. She interprets it as living according to one's principles and being open to new encounters and change. Recently she became a student of the Philokalia and a lover of the desert life.
